Printer installation

   Step 1: Open Control Panel and select View devices and printers.

     Step 2: Click on Add a printer.

   Step 3: Now select a device if it is visible or click on the text showing 'The printer that I want isn't listed.

   Step 4: Clik on Next.

     Step 5: Select the Printer which you wanted to install and click Next.

     Step 6: Check radio button to use the driver which is already installed. Click next.

     Step 7: Give the Printer name and click Next.

     Step 8: Now you can share this printer in the network so that others can use this printer without installing explicitly.                 Give a Share name and then click Next.
